Terms and Conditions

1. Health Guarantee

The bird is sold in good health to the best of the seller’s knowledge. A vet check within 48–72 hours of purchase is required to validate any health guarantee.  If the bird is found to have a life-threatening condition, a refund or replacement may be offered.


2. SEXING -  No sexing guarantees. We do not Sex our birds. No Guarantee for male or female birds. 


3. Deposit Policy - A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required to hold all birds. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of pickup.  

4.  Weaning: No birds will be sold until fully weaned.  No exceptions. 


Pickup Policy

  • No Shipping: We do not offer shipping. All birds must be picked up in person at our shop.
     
  • Appointments Required: Pickups are by appointment only, scheduled in advance.
     
  • Missed Appointments: If you fail to appear at your scheduled pickup time without providing at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
     
  • Courtesy Reschedule: One courtesy reschedule is allowed if notice is given. The bird must then be picked up within 3 days of the original appointment.
     
  • Failure to Pick Up After Reschedule: If the bird is not picked up within that 3-day window, your deposit will be forfeited and the bird may be offered to the next available buyer.


 

Refund Eligibility - Refunds are only provided if the bird is proven unfit or sick at the time of sale, with documented proof from a licensed avian vet within 48–72 hours.


 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Injury or illness caused after pickup/delivery due to improper care or environment.
  • No refunds for buyer’s remorse, allergies, incompatibility with other pets, or change of mind.
  • Delay in vet check beyond the stated window (usually 48–72 hours).
  • Failure to follow care guidelines provided by the seller.
